ADJECTIVES
- Adjectives describe nouns
Ex: Vanessa is beautiful.
Is the question easy or difficult?
It is easy.
Grammatical structure:
Positive statement: Noun or + verb to be + adjective
Subject pronoun in present
Ex: Vanessa is beautiful.
Negative statement: Noun or + verb to be + not + adjective
Subject pronoun in present
Ex: Vanessa is not beautiful.
Vanessa isn't beautiful.
Question: Verb to be + noun or + adjective?

Ex: Is Vanessa beautiful?
POSSESSIVE NOUNS
- The possessive form of a noun is used to show ownership.
- Add an apostrophe + "s" ('s) to form the possessive of a singular noun.
- Add an apostrophe (') to form the possessive of plural nouns that end with "s".
